LECA was established in 2009 and registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries. We work to deliver high quality, holistic, and professional audit, tax advisory, business and financial advisory services throughout the country.

LECA's headquarters are located at 4th Floor Mohammadi Plaza, Shahr-eNaw Kabul, Afghanistan.
LECA's focus lies with audit and assurance services, tax and business advisory support and capacity-building in areas of finance, business, tax and professional skills.
Our team comprises 10 full-time employees, specialising in specific areas of audit, accounting, taxation, management consulting and training. The team is lead by an executive team of two partners who are supported by senior partners and professionals.
