THE LECA STORY
LECA was established in 2009 in Kabul as a national audit, tax and advisory firm with the purpose of delivering high quality and professional services across Afghanistan.
LECA is the first Afghan-based firm that obtained an international affiliation in Afghanistan. We are dedicated to helping our clients improve the quality of their accounting systems, financial reports and internal operations. We provide financial support, audit, tax and training services to private and public sector entities.

Banking license from Central Bank makes LECA one of the few firms in Afghanistan licensed to audit banks and financial institutions

Under new requirements, LECA gains a practicing license from CPA Afghanistan ensuring continuous compliance with statutory requirements and quality assurance standards for audits
OUR DREAM TEAM
President
LECA's President Ihsanulla Aseel has vast experience in management and leadership roles. He has in-depth understanding of Afghanistan's operating environment and market forces leading LECA into the future leveraging his knowledge and competence.
Vice-president
Muhammad Hamza Saleem is LECA's Vice-President with over 20 years of experience in audit and accountancy. As a qualified accountant Hamza is well-versed with the audit process and clearly understands client needs and challenges.
