HOW LECA CAN HELP
Needs assessment
Most of the capacity-building programmes start with identifying the learners' skills gaps through a needs assessment. This could be performed against a defined competency framework or a set of professional standards. LECA team performed needs assessments to identify capabilities to be addressed and inform course design.
Course design
The learning solutions can take the form of workshops and seminars over a course of 1-2 days or longer courses and programmes depending on the client requirements and the topics to be addressed. LECA works with the clients to design course structure, delivery mode and format and define the content coverage.
Technical skills training
LECA specialises in audit, tax and business advisory and we excel in transferring this knowledge and skills to our clients through interactive and practical training solutions. We can design and deliver training initiatives in accounting, financial reporting, financial management, audit and assurance, accounting system design amongst other topics. LECA is also a certified QuickBook Advisor and we deliver training on the related software.
Soft skills courses
Although technical skills are central to any professional, soft skills are just as critical and can be complimentary to the technical knowledge. Leadership, communication, negotiation, project management are some of the key skills needed to build a successful career and business in today's world.
Monitoring and evaluation
Effective course design and quality of training delivery can help learners acquire new skills in the best possible way and ensure they can use them in practice but monitoring progress and evaluating learning outcomes is equally important to make sure that learners stay on track and really make the most of the experience. LECA team can design and conduct progress tracking, assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes tailored to specific objectives of the course or programme.
